EASYfoam NP Plus is made from high-quality open-cell polyether foam. Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, the product is easy to apply.

It is available in thicknesses of 30 mm or 50 mm. For good absorption of low frequencies, choose the 50 mm thickness.

EASYfoam NP Plus is used, among others, in:

Note: Do not use this material in occupied spaces and public areas such as schools, shops, and hospitality venues. Fire-safe alternatives are available, such as EASYfoam FireSeal | Pyramid foam.

When installing multiple panels side by side, the egg-crate profiles do not align seamlessly. Looking for a continuous pattern? Choose EASYfoam FireSeal | Pyramid foam.

EASYfoam Egg Crate Foam has flame-retardant properties according to FMVSS 302 and UL-94 Class HF1. However, for applications in public spaces, we recommend an alternative due to the stricter fire safety requirements. FireSeal is a good choice in that case. This foam is specially developed to meet the highest fire safety standards.

The foam can be easily cut to size with a utility knife or band saw. For optimal adhesion of the self-adhesive layer, it is essential that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.

If the surface is rough and/or uneven, it is recommended to pre-treat it with contact adhesive on one side to ensure good adhesion.

To guarantee the performance of the adhesive layer, you should apply our self‑adhesive products within six months of purchase.

EASYfoam NP Plus offers reliable sound absorption and is suitable for a wide range of applications. However, if you are looking for the best possible option, choose EASYfoam NP Premium: a convoluted foam with superior absorption and an extra strong adhesive for long-lasting adhesion.
